As The Scrapbook Carton is currently based in Singapore, All currency would be in Singapore Dollars(S$) unless otherwise stated.

For all orders shipped out it will definitely be packaged into a carton to ensure the proper protection of your ordered items.

But for self collection orders, we might omit the carton should there be no need for it. Be rest assured that all orders will have sufficient packing to protect it.

Of course! Although The Scrapbook Carton is currently based in Singapore but we can ship internationally.

All orders that are to be shipped out within Singapore or Internationally has to be made via PayPal or Bank Transfer.

The orders cut off timing will be 5pm every working day. The processed orders will be sent to the post office for mailing the next working day.

Any order received after 5pm, Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday would be processed on the next available working day.

For Singapore Orders
For Singpost postage, The orders will take 2-3working days to arrive.
For Speedpost postage, The order will take 1-2 working days to arrive.

For International Orders
For International orders, The order will depend on the country that you are in and Speedpost will be strictly used to send it out.
After your order has been mailed out, our Carton Order Agent will email you regarding the delivery timing for your international order and also provide you with tracking details.

Within 24hrs of receiving the package, please email directly to and provide us with your order number and pictures of the damaged items.

We will do our utmost to replaced the damaged items and in an unforeseen circumstance that the damaged item is no longer available in stock ,we would seek to do a refund of the amount paid for the damaged item.

Please be reminded that the request email must be sent to us within 24hrs of receiving the package. Any emails that exceed the 24 hrs mark will not be entertained.

Our online store would have the up to date inventory of items found in our warehouse. But in unforeseen circumstances due to technical error of the website ordering system, this situation might happen.

This situation has only a very small possibility of happening and be rest assured that we will refund the amount should there be no future of the item or deliver the item to you when it is restocked. You kind understanding is much appreciated.
